Marketing Director

Compensation: $90,000 - $115,000 base + performance bonus benefits, and hybrid flexibility in White Plains, NY.
About the Role
Edu Tek is looking for a strategic, hands-on Marketing Director to own and scale our marketing function. This role sits at the intersection of brand, awareness, and revenue generation, with clear accountability for pipeline contribution, marketing performance, and go-to-market execution.
You'll be responsible for shaping our brand in a competitive MSP landscape, building predictable demand programs, and delivering clear reporting that connects marketing activity to business outcomes. This is a senior role with real influenceideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution in a growth-focused B2B/technology environment.
Strategy & Leadership
Own the overall marketing strategy aligned to company growth goals and sales targets
Act as a senior partner to Sales and Leadership, translating business objectives into measurable marketing initiatives
Define ICPs, buyer personas, positioning, and messaging for core MSP services and solutions
Manage and develop internal marketing resources and external agencies/partners as needed
Brand & Awareness
Lead brand strategy, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all channels
Drive awareness programs including content marketing, PR, thought leadership, events, and partnerships
Oversee website strategy, SEO, and digital presence to support credibility and conversion
Position the company as a trusted IT partner for mid-market organizations
Demand Generation
Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation programs (digital, email, paid media, events, webinars, ABM, etc.)
Own campaign planning from concept through execution and optimization
Work closely with Sales to ensure lead quality, lifecycle alignment, and effective handoff processes
Build scalable programs that generate predictable pipeline and revenue impact
Reporting & Analytics
Define and track marketing KPIs including MQLs, pipeline contribution, CAC, ROI, and conversion rates
Deliver clear, actionable reporting to leadership that ties marketing performance to revenue outcomes
Continuously test, learn, and optimize campaigns based on data and insights
Own marketing systems and data hygiene (CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools)
Operational Excellence
Manage the marketing budget and allocate spend based on performance and priorities
Oversee vendor relationships, tools, and platforms
Ensure marketing processes are documented, repeatable, and scalable
What We're Looking For

10+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within an MSP, IT Services, SaaS, or technology-driven environment
Proven experience owning demand generation and pipeline outcomes
Strong understanding of mid-market B2B buying cycles and sales alignment
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
Strategic thinker who's equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
