Job Title

This role sits within the Global Team, delivering best practices and investment solutions for Pfizer's Global Marketing Department, ensuring best-in-class execution across markets and driving value for one of the world's leading healthcare companies.
Responsibilities

Global Ways of Working, Alignment & Orchestration (Primary Focus 75%)
Enable consistent global-to-international execution by reducing friction, duplication and ambiguity across markets and teams.
Establish, document and evolve clear global best practices across media strategy, activation and measurement.
Support the deployment and adoption of these best practices across relevant internal teams and Pfizer stakeholders.
Operate as a senior point of integration between Global, International and US teams, ensuring alignment on best practices and investment principles.
Rollout and Enablement of Global Media & Investment Approach (Supporting Focus 25%)
Develop and enable the rollout and adoption of Pfizer's global media and investment approach across channels and markets, with a strong emphasis on practical application and usability, rather than compliance.
Support the development and delivery of Joint Business Partnerships (JBPs) with International, Regional and US teams.
Support markets in evolving investment practices toward more innovative, effective and impactful approaches, aligned to global direction and best practice.
Act as a senior point of engagement with local trading teams, ensuring investment approaches support quality, effectiveness and value.
Thought Leadership, Connection & Continuous Improvement (Best-Practice Led)
Proactively connect teams around emerging industry trends, new channels and evolving measurement approaches, in close collaboration with the Effectiveness Lead.
Translate complexity into clear, actionable guidance that can be confidently applied by global and local stakeholders.
Act as a trusted senior partner to international, helping them adopt new ways of working and embed global best practices with confidence.
Collaboration & Leadership (Non-Duplicative, Integrative)
Operate in a highly collaborative manner with global leadership across media strategy, measurement, account management and investment best-practice COEs.
Complement (not duplicate) the efforts of the Global Client Lead, Operations Lead, Strategy Lead and Effectiveness Lead by connecting disciplines and closing execution gaps. Enable the flow of global standards and principles into international markets, while ensuring local realities are surfaced and addressed.
Deliverables
Clear and well-understood global ways of working across media strategy, investment, activation and measurement.
Reduced duplication, clearer ownership and faster decision-making across the media ecosystem.
Effective enablement of global investment guidance and best practices, including supporting materials and capability sessions.
A clear roadmap and priorities for media best-practice evolution in priority markets.
Contribution to POVs on emerging trends and new channels for Pfizer's media mix.
Success Measures
Reduced friction and duplication across teams and markets through shared best practices. Improved confidence and consistency in global-to-local execution.
Sustained credibility and effectiveness of investment approaches, as an outcome of strong best-practice adoption.

Qualifications

2+ years of media agency experience, including experience working across global and multi-market environments.
Strong cross-media knowledge and value management.
Pharma account experience is preferable.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
