You'll partner closely with Creative, Performance Measurement, and Merchandising teams to ensure insights lead to more effective ads, stronger measurement, and better-performing activations. Success in this role means bringing structure to ambiguity, challenging thinking with data and consistently driving measurable performance improvements. It requires curiosity, a willingness to question assumptions, and openness to evolving perspectives based on data.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Ownership & Execution
Own execution and optimization of Keurig brand demand across paid media, ensuring strong efficiency, coverage and continued growth across a critical revenue-driving area
Translate strategy into clear execution plans across Search, Shopping/PMAX, and Paid Social, and drive actions that improve revenue, efficiency, and subscription growth (KSK/AD)

Own reporting and performance narratives, delivering clear insights and actions in weekly, monthly, and quarterly readouts
Identify risks and opportunities by exploring data and connecting signals across channels, and translate findings into prioritized actions
Raise analytical rigor across Category Leads, ensuring insights consistently lead to execution
Operations, Process & Accountability
Build and operationalize processes across creative planning, testing and reporting, and own the team's operating rhythm (testing cadence, creative refresh cycles, performance reviews)
Ensure consistent, high-quality execution across category-led areas of the business
Drive accountability across paid media specialists through clear plans, performance visibility, and consistent follow-through
Leverage automation, alerts, and emerging tools (including AI where applicable) to improve efficiency, surface performance changes, and enable faster decision-making across campaigns
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Creative, Performance Measurement, and Merchandising teams to apply insights and improve ads, measurement, and activations
Translate paid media performance into clear narratives and recommendations that drive cross-functional decisions
Total Rewards: Salary Range: $96,800 - $120,000 Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility
