Your Future Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Director Expert (m/w/d) you have the freedom to develop clients, topics and your team individually and to be actively involved in the project. In addition to the development and expansion of portfolio topics and projects, you are also responsible for the successful delivery of services to build a long-term and positive partnership with your customers. You are positioned as a trusted advisor and discuss challenges and possible solutions with the decision-makers at the customer on an equal footing. You are an active part of an account team and support it in the expansion of existing customers. You ensure the delivery in time and budget and ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications to Be Successful in This Role:

You have a completed degree and ideally at least 10 years of experience in consulting for the public sector. Your competencies include:
Several years of experience in the implementation and delivery of digitalization projects in the public sector at federal level
Expertise in topics such as administrative modernization, OZG, portal consortia, register modernization, electronic identities or in the electronic legislative process of the federal government
Experience in account management and sales activities
High communication and motivational skills
Consulting competence at state secretary and department director level
Fluent German and English skills in speech and writing
In addition to your professional know-how, you are characterized by high social competence and motivation. You want to make a difference, are able to actively listen, and can analyze customer requirements in a well-founded manner.
