Director of Sales & Marketing

The Director of Sales and Marketing will execute global sales and business strategies including developing and managing comprehensive sales, marketing, and business development methodologies aligned with the company's goals and vision. This is an active role which will entail driving revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, increasing customer base, and further developing strong partner relations resulting in enhanced brand recognition.
Compensation: Salary, exempt (non-hourly), Commission as per Sales Compensation Plan, monthly cell phone stipend.

Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth. Lead and mentor the sales team, setting clear performance objectives and KPIs. Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust tactics to optimize results. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Oversee the development of sales tools, training, and processes. Champion and support training, strategies, and programs that align with objectives related to the PSNI Global Alliance.
Marketing Strategy: Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns to support brand positioning, lead generation, and customer engagement. Oversee digital marketing, content creation, PR, and events strategy. Collaborate with product and service teams to align marketing efforts with new offerings. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform marketing decisions.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams. Develop go-to-market strategies for new products or service lines. Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders, industry leaders, and potential clients. Lead contract negotiations and proposals for strategic business deals.
Cross-functional Leadership: Oversee and manage the Sales Administration Team for support of sales and business operations. Collaborate closely with other departments including product development, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and support business objectives. Provide executive-level reporting on sales, marketing, and business development performance.
Career Path Core Competencies:
B.A. Business/Marketing/Communications or related field.
Seven to ten years of successful sales, marketing, and business development experience, in professional services preferred.
Relationship-driven, results-oriented problem solver.
Proven interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficient in applications, including Office Suite.
Resourcefulness in analyzing problems or needs, evaluating alternatives, proposing options as solutions, and effective implementation of solutions.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
Willingness to be flexible, performing responsibilities not specifically identified in the job description and assuming new responsibilities as the company's needs change.
Ability to travel.
Capable of complying with all safety rules and regulations required by clients for site visitation.
Ability to work in team-oriented settings.
Experience working with CRM software.
Experience in business-to-business relationship development.
Demonstrated performance in a commission or incentive-based compensation program.
