Vice President Of Property Performance Marketing

Elevate is seeking a Vice President of Property Performance Marketing to lead the development and execution of fan-facing campaigns and programs that drive ticket, hospitality, and experience sales across sports, entertainment and cultural events and properties. The Vice President will be responsible for carrying out a fully integrated revenue driven and customer acquisition focused campaigns, ensuring that all marketing activations and consumer touchpoints align with that vision. This requires strong operational discipline, revenue-driven strategy, creative collaboration, and a sharp eye for brand consistency. You'll oversee customer acquisition strategy via Elevate's owned assets and partner assets included as part of an Experiences partnership or sponsorship with a property. In addition, you'll lead paid media strategy across search, social, and programmatic channels - partnering with Elevate's internal performance marketing agency to execute - while managing full-funnel marketing campaigns that drive measurable business results. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking, results-driven leader who combines deep technical expertise in performance marketing with strategic vision. You'll be responsible for developing and executing integrated campaigns, managing and mentoring team members, and serving as a trusted advisor to Elevate property partners. This role requires someone who can balance day-to-day tactical excellence with long-term strategic planning, effectively communicate complex strategies to stakeholders, and continuously identify opportunities to enhance performance and efficiency.
Responsibilities

Develop and lead overall customer acquisition marketing strategy, including digital, performance, and partnership marketing, informed by customer research, competitive insights, and analytics
Lead strategy development and execution across paid search (Google), paid social (Meta, TikTok), and programmatic channels
Serve as subject matter expert for new business pitches, contributing to strategy development and communicating Elevate's capabilities to prospects
Performance Marketing & Optimization

Drive e-commerce revenues while also leveraging web and social platforms to generate new customer and sales leads
Manage and optimize full-funnel campaigns to achieve aggressive growth targets
Develop and implement innovative testing frameworks to continuously improve media performance
Establish and track key marketing KPIs, providing regular reporting and performance insights to stakeholders
Email Marketing & CRM

Collaborate with Elevate property partners to develop multi-channel approach & GTM strategies to generate 1st party data & grow Elevate CRM database
Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
Implement processes for data flow automation to optimize lead scoring and routing for the sales and the CRM teams.
Client & Stakeholder Management

Proactively manage client expectations and build trusted advisor relationships
Translate complex media data into clear, actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders
Collaborate with sales, marketing, innovation, and property teams to ensure alignment across all consumer touchpoints
Budget & Resource Management

Manage marketing budget, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations, ensuring all spend is efficient and ROI-positive
Oversee media planning and buying efforts, including paid search, social, display, and programmatic
Leverage customer data and market insights to develop targeted acquisition campaigns with optimal resource allocation
Qualifications:

10+ years of experience ideally in live events, hospitality, entertainment or destination marketing - with a focus in digital media with deep expertise in paid search, paid social, and programmatic advertising
Demonstrated success leading biddable media strategy for major brands
Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and major DSP platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights
Experience with media mix modeling, attribution, and testing methodologies
Excellent client management and presentation skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to connect media tactics to broader business objectives
Proven track record of driving measurable results through innovative media approaches
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Team-first attitude with high emotional intelligence and problem-solving capabilities
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Google, Meta, and programmatic platform certifications preferred
Working Conditions:

We're ideally seeking candidates in New York City or Charlotte, NC - however we are also open to considering remote candidates with the right background.
Limited but requires flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. For candidates outside of New York City or Charlotte, NC - travel required may be more frequent.
Position and Benefit Details:

Anticipated salary target: $200K - $250 plus bonus eligible for achieving departmental and company goals
