Actual compensation may differ depending on assigned hours and position status (e.g., part-time)./ppPay Range:/pp$81,952.00 - $107,057.60/ppScheduled Weekly Hours:/pp40/ppPosition Overview/ph3Essential Functions/h3ulliEstablishes and maintains as a member of the leadership team a plan to achieve operating goals through development of a fiscal year sales plan with adjustments made throughout the year as required./liliPromotes and maintains collaborative relationships with managers, peers, direct reports and customers by effectively fostering a team environment, building consensus, and resolving conflicts./liliMaintains department budget, places orders for equipment and supplies as necessary. Identifies financial vulnerabilities and makes cost reduction recommendations as needed./liliEvaluates, develops, mentors, coaches, counsels and disciplines department staff. Supports other personnel from other departments through coaching and mentoring to help achieve optimum standard of excellence. Addresses issues of concern through conversation and notifies department manager of any interactions requiring attention./liliMaintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local laws and regulations, PACE Corporate Integrity Program, Code of Ethics, as well as other policies and procedures in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behavior./liliLeads the Sales and Enrollment teams and provide sales trainings, field coaching

mentoring as needed to accurately expedites the completion of the enrollment process. Provides oversight for accuracy

handle difficult cases personally./liliAssists Community Liaisons in creating their individual territory tactical fiscal year sales plan with quarterly manager reviews to ensure growth targets are being achieved./liliEnsures that the Sales and Enrollment team meet or exceed all KPI standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, qualified referrals, and home intake visits./liliConducts a minimum of one monthly meeting per month with the full Sales and Enrollment team. Conducts ongoing one-on-one reviews with the Sales Team to build more effective communication, to understand training

development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of team sales

activity performance./liliPlans and coordinates open houses/outreach events for PACE. Participates in external sales activities including seniro fairs./liliPerforms individual and group presentations to potential referral sources, including but not limited to hospital discharge planning, local physician offices, social services organizations, and home health agencies./liliMonitors, collects, and submits enrollment data as required by various regulatory agencies. Prepares reports as requested by administrative team on a timely basis./liliPerforms an end of year review and updates of current enrollment agreement and work with PACE marketing and communications to ensure new enrollment agreement is utilized at start of each new calendar year./liliDirects and supervises direct reports and provide training as needed in the state specific enrollment process, if applicable./liliBuilds relationships and visit frequently key customers and other referral sources./liliParticipates in and supports Quality Improvement Initiatives./liliResponsible for adherence to all regulations, both federal and state, which govern the operations of a PACE organization./liliActively serves on various committees that support the daily operations of the program./liliParticipates in the preparation and presentation of mandatory education programs./liliPerforms other duties as assigned./li/ulh3Minimum Requirements/h3ulliBachelors degree in related field required. Four years of relevant sales experience may be accepted in lieu of a bachelors degree./liliThree years of sales experience in healthcare. Sales and marketing experience preferred. Previous experience in training, coaching, and motivating sales team members and improving effectiveness. Proven ability to develop and implement a strategic sales plan.
