Title Clerk

Onsite - Title Clerk/Customer support
for our client. If you have experience in
customer support, vehicle title processing, maintain documentation accuracy, coordinate with internal teams, vendors, state agencies, and auctions

What You'll DO
Administrative & Operational Support
Perform high volume filing, copying, scanning, and document preparation
Organize, package, and ship title documents
Provide professional customer service and phone support for title related inquiries
Coordinate updates with state agencies, title vendors, and auctions
Communicate with assigned clients and escalate concerns when needed
Prepare and distribute invoices and periodic reports

What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous office, administrative, or data entry experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency with Windows and Google applications
Ability to handle high volume tasks with accuracy

Location: Carmel, IN - Onsite
Pay: $17 - $18/hr
