Acting as the bridge between HP Poly and NWN, this role is accountable for developing joint go-to-market strategies, accelerating sales enablement, and ensuring mutual success in delivering world-class Visual Collaboration, Managed Devices, and Unified Communications solutions./ppThe ideal candidate is a motivated, relationship-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the IT/AV ecosystem, and can translate vendor strategy into field execution to achieve aggressive growth targets./ppKey Responsibilities/pulliStrategic Growth: Develop and execute HP Poly sales strategy across NWNs national account base, aligned with revenue goals, margin targets, and partner incentives./liliCertifications: Work with Vendor Management and help manage certifications and partner program requirements/liliPartner Strategy: Co-develop and execute the HP Poly business plan with NWNs leadership, targeting YoY revenue and margin growth./liliSales Enablement: Equip NWN sales and solution engineers with HP Poly training, playbooks, and competitive positioning for room systems, headsets, voice, and Teams-certified devices./liliPipeline
Forecasting: Own visibility into HP Poly opportunity pipeline, reporting on deal progression, forecast accuracy, and incentive alignment./liliMDF
Incentive Management: Work with Marketing on the MDF allocation, rebate optimization, and joint marketing campaigns to drive awareness and conversion./liliField Collaboration: Conduct regular business reviews with NWN and HP Poly leadership to align priorities and share performance metrics./liliCustomer Engagement: Participate in strategic customer presentations, events, and proof-of-concept activities to reinforce HP Polys value proposition./liliMarket Insight: Monitor competitive landscape and identify new solution opportunities aligned to NWNs service offerings (Visual Collaboration, UCaaS, and Device-as-a-Service)./li/ulpQualifications/pulliSuccessful track record in Unified Communications/Videoconferencing /Audio Visual
Device sales and channel management/liliMinimum of 5 years of experience in sales or channel management/liliKnowledge of HP Poly products and services/liliExcellent poise and presentation skills/liliAbility to successfully handle multiple tasks/projects/liliVerbal and written communication skills/liliCreativity and independent thinking/liliProven proficiency working in a Microsoft environment.
