What You Will Do

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Utilize Figma and Canva to create compelling visual content that resonates with target audiences.
Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust campaigns to optimize reach and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
Manage social media channels, including LinkedIn and X (Twitter), to enhance community engagement and brand presence.
Lead market research efforts to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies.
Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a collaborative and innovative marketing environment.
Ideal Candidate Background

35 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare or consumer sectors.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Canva for creating high-quality marketing materials.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and proven experience in managing campaigns on LinkedIn and X (Twitter).
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve marketing efforts.
Compensation and Benefits
