Job Title
Head Of Talent
Job Description
At UNRL, we're redefining what performance wear means. We create premium apparel that blurs the line between work, sport, and everyday life
built for those who demand more. Our team is driven by innovation, craftsmanship, and authenticity. We're looking for people who share our belief that people matter, effort counts, success is found in sweating details, and culture drives excellence. Join us and help build a brand that empowers people to look good, feel confident, and perform their best
every day. How did we get here? 1. We hire great people that fit our culture and have an old-school work ethic. 2. We make great products and provide our customers with an unreal experience. 3. We create great processes that enable us to set goals and track our success. The UNRL team consists of a small, tight-knit group of hardworking people with an entrepreneurial mindset. We're building a brand that will stand the test of time and continue to make a positive impact in our communities. What are you leaving behind? The traditional title of HR Director does not accurately reflect the type of leadership role UNRL needs. Most HR roles are built around compliance, risk management, and enforcing policies. While those responsibilities are necessary, they are not the primary objective for this position. The focus of this role is talent development and continuing to build one of the most capable teams in the industry. The individual in this position will be responsible for building systems that allow UNRL to consistently recruit, develop, and retain exceptional people. The Head of Talent is responsible for the full talent lifecycle across the company, including recruiting, onboarding, training, talent development, and maintaining strong organizational infrastructure. The ideal candidate demonstrates sound judgment, unwavering ethical standards, and a commitment to operational and cultural excellence, acting as a trusted partner to leadership while shaping a thriving, high-performing workplace.
