The RSM will recruit and onboard top sales talent, execute the brand and access strategy at the regional level, and partner cross-functionally with dermatology field leadership, market access, marketing, and training to deliver against aggressive growth targets./ppstrongRoles and Responsibilities/strong/pulliLead, coach, and develop a team of Primary Care Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed regional sales objectives for ZORYVE./liliRecruit, hire, and onboard a high-performing field team; build a strong bench and a culture of accountability, urgency, and integrity./liliTranslate national brand strategy into regional execution; develop and own a regional business plan with clear priorities, KPIs, and pull-through tactics./liliConduct regular field rides, deliver real-time coaching, and develop reps across clinical selling, business acumen, access navigation, and territory management./liliDrive performance management
set clear expectations, deliver candid feedback, and address underperformance with discipline and care./liliAnalyze regional performance data, prescriber trends, and market dynamics to inform resource allocation and tactical adjustments./liliPartner closely with dermatology regional leadership, market access, MSLs, marketing, and training to ensure aligned account strategy and seamless cross-team execution./liliManage regional budgets, speaker programs, and promotional resources in compliance with all Arcutis policies and applicable regulations./liliRepresent Arcutis at regional and national meetings, conferences, and KOL engagements./liliOperate with the highest level of integrity, compliance, and professionalism
model the standard for the team./li/ulpstrongRequirements/strong/ppstrongEducation and Experience/strong/pulliBachelors degree from an accredited institution./liliAdvanced degree (MBA or equivalent) a plus./lili7+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience, with 2+ years of field sales management experience./liliDocumented track record of leading teams that exceed sales goals in competitive, access-driven markets./liliPrimary care leadership experience (family medicine, internal medicine, and/or pediatrics) strongly preferred./liliDemonstrated success hiring, developing, and retaining top sales talent./liliStrong clinical and business acumen; able to coach reps on translating complex science into a primary care conversation./liliValid drivers license and clean driving record./liliAbility to travel extensively within region (50%+); some overnight travel required./li/ulpstrongPreferred Qualifications/strong/pulliLaunch leadership experience
