Vice President, Connections & Creativity, North America
Keurig Dr Pepper is looking for a data-driven media executive for its Coffee Operating Unit. The Vice President, Connections & Creativity, North America will oversee the strategy, planning and execution of all connected media initiatives, including social and PR, ensuring alignment with business goals while delivering impactful consumer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Define and lead the vision for connected media strategy, focusing on innovative approaches to engage target audiences across digital, social, programmatic, and emerging media platforms, including retail media.
Develop a roadmap for integrating connected media into overall marketing strategies, ensuring seamless alignment with brand objectives and revenue goals.
Anticipate trends in media consumption and technological advances to keep the organization ahead of the curve.
Identify and evaluate emerging platforms, technologies, and partnerships that can enhance the organization's connected media capabilities.
Team Management: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team responsible for all full-funnel media strategy and execution in partnership with media agency
planning is inclusive of national media, shopper/retail media, creator initiatives, organic social media and public relations.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.
Partner with other senior leaders across marketing, shopper, commercial, business units, and analytics to drive integrated campaign success.
Media Strategy & Execution: Oversee the development and execution of connected media plans, ensuring campaigns are optimized for performance and measurable impact.
Champion the use of programmatic advertising, advanced precision targeting methodologies, and real-time optimization to maximize ROI.
Ensure consistency and scalability in media operations across geographies and business units.
Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analytics and insights to inform media investment decisions and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
Establish KPIs to measure campaign performance and refine strategies based on results.
Advocate for investments in technology and tools that enhance data capabilities, measurement accuracy, and audience understanding.
Total Rewards:
Salary range: $218,800 - $300,000
Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

Requirements:

Experience: Proven track record of success in media strategy, planning, and execution, with a significant focus on connected/digital media. Proven experience leading large teams and driving transformation. Both U.S. and Canada experience preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of media buying platforms, programmatic advertising, data platforms, retail media networks and analytics tools. Familiarity with AI-driven marketing solutions and attribution models is a plus.
Leadership Skills: Strong executive presence with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of developing and executing innovative media strategies that deliver business impact. Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
