This is a key role that supports the day-to-day functioning and long-term growth of our business. Substantial growth opportunity./ph3Key Responsibilities:/h3ulliCoordinate and manage all aspects of our online auction process, including item intake, cataloging, photography, and auction setup./liliCollaborate with team members to ensure accurate and appealing product descriptions and condition reports./liliUpload and manage auction listings on platforms like CTBIDS, E-BAY and Facebook./liliMonitor auction progress, manage closing procedures, and support post-auction activities such as invoicing, pick-up and shipping./liliBonus for help developing new and current marketing initiatives./li/ululliHelp maintain and update company websites with current inventory, auction dates, and promotions./liliOptimize listings and site content for SEO and user experience./liliWork with design and marketing tools to ensure high-quality digital presentations./liliTrack website and auction performance using analytics tools provided prepare reports./li/ululliProvide general administrative support assistance to the leadership teams when called upon, including scheduling, file organization, and data entry./liliHelp maintain internal databases, customer contact lists, and client records./liliAssist with shipping logistics, vendor coordination, and client communications./liliHelp answer phones, respond to emails, and support client inquiries in a timely and professional manner./li/ululliPlan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Google and LinkedIn./liliPromote upcoming auctions, estate sales, highlight featured items, and share client success stories./liliEngage with followers, become an influencer, respond to comments/messages, and grow our online community of interest./liliMonitor analytics to refine content strategy and maximize engagement./li/ulh3Qualifications:/h3ulli2+ years of experience in online auctions, digital marketing, or administrative coordination (experience in art/antiques or resale industry is a plus)./liliProficient in other auction platforms, CMS, social media tools, and Microsoft Office Suite./liliStrong written and verbal communication skills./liliExperience with social media marketing and content creation./liliExceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously./liliComfortable working both independently and in a team environment./liliBased in or able to commute to Northern Virginia (hybrid schedule available)./li/ulh3Preferred Skills:/h3ulliKnowledge of art, antiques, vintage, or collectibles is desirable./liliExperience using CRM, inventory and/or project management systems desirable./liliBasic photo editing or photography experience./liliUnderstanding of SEO and web traffic metrics./li/ulh3Compensation
