Job Description
The Project Manager will play an important role in supporting the Cash Management Services sales teams by developing clear, consistent, and high-quality sales materials, website and social media content, and assisting events. This role partners closely with sales, product, and marketing teams.

Collaborate with sales, product, and other teams to create messaging, write and edit sales and marketing materials

Support planning and execution of events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and materials preparation

Work with agencies and internal teams to produce materials that are branded and compliant with all laws, regulations and bank policies

Manage tone, clarity and message consistency

Content lifecycle management (create, update, retire)

Evaluate and measure program results to optimize investment

Complete projects on time and on budget

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Three to five years of experience in project management activities

Preferred Skills/Experience

Thorough knowledge of assigned business line or functional area

Demonstrated management and leadership skills

Strong organizational and analytical skills

Advanced knowledge of project management

Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience developing sales enablement materials, including presentations and client-facing content

Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging

Experience coordinating event logistics, including vendor management and materials preparation

Strong attention to detail

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

Pay Range: $81,515.00 - $95,900.00
