Production Artist/Graphic Designer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Artist to support the creation, adaptation, and delivery of high-volume, fast-paced marketing and creative assets. This role is responsible for preparing production-ready files, executing revisions, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring projects are delivered accurately and on schedule. The ideal candidate thrives in a deadline-driven environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and enjoys balancing multiple projects with varying priorities.
Produce, update, and finalize creative assets for print, digital, social media, email, and marketing campaigns. Execute quick-turn revisions and versioning based on stakeholder feedback. Prepare production-ready files that meet technical specifications and quality standards. Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables. Adapt existing creative concepts into multiple formats, sizes, and channels. Review files for accuracy, layout integrity, typography, image quality, and compliance with brand guidelines. Collaborate closely with designers, writers, and account managers to meet tight deadlines. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Organize and maintain digital assets, templates, and production files. Troubleshoot production issues and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and workflow.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. - 4+ years of experience in a production artist, graphic design, or related role.

- Strong understanding of print production processes and digital asset requirements. - Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills. - Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage high project volumes. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
Experience working in an in-house creative department, agency, or marketing environment.
Familiarity with project management systems and digital asset management tools.
Experience with variable data, template-driven design, or large-scale versioning projects.
