Marketing Digital Alternance
You will join a digital marketing agency, a start-up type, that identifies qualified prospects from social networks (= lead capture) for its clients from the building, training, and real estate promotion sectors.
To support the company's development, your role will be to progressively produce successful, structured videos aligned with the company's acquisition and content strategies.
Your role will be to mount, adapt, and optimize the advertising and organic videos produced for clients and the manager's brand. You will work in direct collaboration with the marketing team and a freelance videographer responsible for on-site filming to ensure consistency between filming and final rendering. You will be responsible for the quality, rhythm, and visual impact of the videos broadcast on channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.), applying the creative and advertising codes specific to the company.
Concretely: * Mount Meta Ads advertising videos (short formats, variants, A/B tests). * Mount organic videos from the manager (Reels, YouTube Shorts, interviews, teasers, animated carousels). * Adapt videos for different channels (formats, subtitles, vertical/horizontal variations). * Collaborate with the freelance videographer to ensure continuity between filming and post-production. * Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure continuity between filming and post-production. * Integrate graphic and visual elements produced by the graphic designer (motion, overlays, lower thirds, etc.). * Respect the brand guidelines and tone of the company and its clients. * Participate in creative trends on video trends (advertising, storytelling, organic formats). * Be a force of proposal on new video formats or more efficient editing processes.
Note: Depending on your geographical location, you may be required to work full-remote.
Required Profile: You wish to prepare, through an apprenticeship, a diploma at BAC+3/4 level in the field of video editing. (You are already enrolled or pre-enrolled in a school or training center for this purpose)
Technical skills: Mastery of editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or equivalents. Good knowledge of After Effects / CapCut Pro / Descript / Runway / Canva Video (as needed). Ability to manage multi-platform formats (16:9, 9:16, 1:1). Knowledge of advertising storytelling and attention dynamics. Mastery of subtitles, transitions, LUTs, sound design, and branding.
