Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in West Chester, OH. The Account Manager will work directly with clients to build and maintain strong relationships, serve as the primary contact for accounts, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Key responsibilities include managing client projects, providing product recommendations, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, and addressing any customer concerns or inquiries. The role places strong emphasis on delivering excellent customer service and contributing to client success.
Qualifications
- Client relationship management, customer service, and communication skills
- Project management skills, including the ability to coordinate teams and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
- Experience in the packaging, labeling, or printing industry is a plus
- Familiarity with sales and account management practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field preferred
- Proactive mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
