Affiliate Marketing Manager

To drive growth and performance in the health and wellness vertical, the remote Affiliate Manager will manage affiliate partnerships, recruit high-performing affiliates, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, onboard, and activate high-performing affiliates and publishers within the Health & Wellness space
Monitor affiliate activity, identify optimization opportunities, and implement strategies to improve results
Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within the Health & Wellness or related verticals
Strong existing network of affiliate publishers, media buyers, and industry contacts
Proven ability to recruit, onboard, and scale high-performing affiliates
Experience with affiliate platforms and tracking solutions (e.g., Everflow, Impact, Partnerize)
Professional fluency in English
