This Business Development role is an individual-contributor sales position dedicated to driving revenue through ICONs Patient Centered Sciences (PCS) group. As a Director, Business Development at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in selling PCS, ECOA, and regulatory consulting services, fostering client relationships, driving strategic initiatives, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies./ppWhat you will be doing/pulliDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a primary point of contact for communication and support./liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, develop solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of services./liliIdentify opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth, leveraging industry trends and market insights./liliManage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and close./liliMonitor account performance, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement to enhance client satisfaction and retention./li/ulpYour profile/pulliBachelors degree in business, life sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred./liliProven sales experience in account management, sales, or client services within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research industry./liliStrong understanding of clinical trial operations, regulatory requirements, and industry standards./liliExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization./liliResults-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth./liliAbility to travel domestic and international up to 35%/liliPreferably located in Northeast US/li/ul/div
