Brand Marketing Director

Daiso USA is seeking an experienced and innovative Brand Marketing Director to lead the strategic development and execution of brand initiatives that elevate awareness and engagement across all channels. This role will bring the brand strategy to life through compelling creative campaigns in close collaboration with key cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented marketing professional with a strong sense of aesthetic and a proven track record in brand building. This individual will be responsible for planning and implementing integrated marketing campaigns that position Daiso as the premier destination for affordable, high-quality products for customers of all ages.
Essential Functions of the Position:
Ensure campaigns support brand initiatives, vision, and customer experience, engagement, and guest growth
Partner in execution of marketing on all channels

in store, social, digital, influencer, and ecommerce
Ideate and build breakthrough marketing campaigns with powerful language and storytelling
Own campaign kick-off and timelines to ensure that all other support teams communicate necessary information in a timely fashion
Oversee execution brand marketing in store
Executes experiential marketing events
Monitor business and campaign health using data and insights to drive decision making
Optimize brand positioning and go to market strategies by identifying key marketing opportunities and white space including but not limited to external activations (Convention booths, in-store activations, etc.)
Create and support new store opening strategies
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
Brand marketing experience (5+ years preferred)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Adobe
Comfortable working with digital and social platforms
Travel up to 30%
Hybrid work schedule
