What You Will Do
Lead the development and implementation of strategies to enhance agent engagement and satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize AI-driven solutions for insurance workflows.
Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with agents to foster loyalty and retention.
Drive initiatives that promote the adoption of technology solutions among agents and brokers.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Develop training programs and resources to empower agents in utilizing AI tools effectively.
Ideal Candidate Background
1012 years of experience in operations, preferably within the insurance or technology sectors.
Proven track record of enhancing agent engagement and driving operational improvements.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
Preferred
Experience working with AI technologies in a B2B environment.
Familiarity with insurance workflows and processes.
Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced startup or venture-backed company.
The base salary for this role ranges from $300K to $350K, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your professional and personal well-being.
