A growing ecommerce company is looking for an SEO Expert to own and drive their organic search strategy. This is a hybrid role based out of Brooklyn, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, content, and technical optimization in a fast-moving online retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to grow organic traffic and revenue
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and opportunity mapping
Technical & On-Site Optimization
Audit and optimize site structure, metadata, page speed, and crawlability
Collaborate with development and content teams to implement SEO best practices
Performance & Reporting
Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions using analytics tools
Translate data insights into actionable recommendations and report on KPIs
Qualifications
Proven experience in SEO, preferably within an ecommerce environment
Strong grasp of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies
Proficiency with tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a hybrid setting
