Seeking a full-time remote Apparel Designer, Athleisure + Outerwear, the ideal candidate will manage the design process for athleisure and outerwear, translating trends into commercially successful products while ensuring alignment with the brand's aesthetic and functionality standards.
Key responsibilities:
Translate trend, cultural, and fabric insights into elevated product designs
Create detailed tech packs, CADs, and manage visual line plans for product flow
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products to market efficiently
Required qualifications:
7+ years of experience in apparel design, particularly in athleisure and outerwear
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and ideally 3D design tools
Strong knowledge of performance fabrics and garment construction techniques
Experience managing development calendars and vendor communications
Ability to thrive in a high SKU count, fast-paced environment
