Seeking an experienced Apparel Designer for Athleisure and Outerwear, the full-time remote position will focus on designing innovative products across fleece and outerwear categories, translating market insights into compelling designs while collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the development process.
Key responsibilities
Turn trend research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis into commercially strong product concepts
Design across athleisure, fleece, and outerwear categories with attention to silhouette, comfort, proportion, and performance
Create detailed tech packs, CADs, bills of materials, and construction notes for development and production
Required qualifications
7+ years of apparel design experience with a portfolio reflecting strong taste and proven commercial success
Strong knowledge of athleisure, activewear, and outerwear construction
Experience with performance fabrics and garment engineering for comfort and functionality
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and PLM systems
Ability to assess prototype samples for fit, balance, and performance
