The line blends soft wovens, dresses, and lifestyle pieces with a bold, contemporary edge and a loyal customer base.What You'll DoSupport fit execution from proto through PP approval across dresses and women's sportswearAttend and participate in live model fittings with Design and the Senior Technical DesignerCreate and update tech packs, measurement specs, and construction detailsTrack fit comments, measurement updates, and construction correctionsCommunicate technical comments and approvals with domestic and overseas factoriesPartner closely with Production throughout development and PP stagesUpdate technical flats and construction callouts using Adobe IllustratorMaintain measurement charts, fit logs, and development tracking in ExcelCollaborate with the in-house atelier on proto adjustments and construction refinementsWho You Are2–3+ years of Technical Design experience in women's apparelStrong experience in woven, soft-woven, and dress categoriesSolid understanding of garment construction, fit, grading, and measurementsExperience working with overseas factories (India, Vietnam, China preferred)Proficient in PLM systems (or similar), Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and ExcelOrganized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-brand environmentStrong communicator with the ability to collaborate across Design, Production, and factory partnersApplication RequirementAll applicants must include a portfolio or samples of their work to be considered.
