A leading design and manufacturing group is seeking a

Women's Technical Designer

to support two high‑visibility brands within its growing dresses and sportswear division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, design‑driven environment and enjoys working across both heritage fashion and trend‑forward contemporary product.

Brand 1 — Iconic American Designer Collaboration
A vibrant, personality‑driven brand rooted in

playful polish , expressive color, and a signature high/low sensibility. Think clean, structured silhouettes energized by bold pattern, joyful details, and a New York–infused optimism. This brand blends glamour with approachability and is instantly recognizable for its confident, upbeat aesthetic.

Brand 2 — Contemporary Lifestyle Brand with Strong Name Recognition
A modern, feminine brand known for body‑conscious silhouettes, sleek sportswear influences, and a confident, nightlife‑meets‑daywear attitude. The line blends soft wovens, dresses, and lifestyle pieces with a bold, contemporary edge and a loyal customer base.

What You’ll Do

Support fit execution from proto through PP approval across dresses and women's sportswear

Attend and participate in live model fittings with Design and the Senior Technical Designer

Create and update tech packs, measurement specs, and construction details

Track fit comments, measurement updates, and construction corrections

Communicate technical comments and approvals with domestic and overseas factories

Partner closely with Production throughout development and PP stages

Update technical flats and construction callouts using Adobe Illustrator

Maintain measurement charts, fit logs, and development tracking in Excel

Collaborate with the in‑house atelier on proto adjustments and construction refinements

Who You Are

2–3+ years of Technical Design experience in women's apparel

Strong experience in woven, soft‑woven, and dress categories

Solid understanding of garment construction, fit, grading, and measurements

Experience working with overseas factories (India, Vietnam, China preferred)

Proficient in PLM systems (or similar), Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel

Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, multi‑brand environment

Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across Design, Production, and factory partners
