Title: Social Media Coordinator
Compensation: $25/hr - $36/hr (Approx $60,000-$75,000)
Duration: Approx 1 Month

Social Media Coordinator - Contract
Job Responsibilities

Specific duties in this role include:
Gather product spec information and log them in a centralized file
Gather product images and upload to centralized folder with specific naming logic
Identify online product information gap at key accounts
Send product information to key account managers to improve product contents online
Work with clients and vendors to set and meet deadlines and ensure specifications are met
Perform quality control of pictures and videos ensuring they meet the required specifications regarding pixels, video quality, etc.
Audit company multimedia ensuring correct naming logic and image quality
Work closely with the product management team meeting their requests

Requirements

Specific requirements for this position include:

3+ years experience working with marketing products, social media, websites, catalogs, and ERP systems
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Social Media, or related field preferred
Experienced working with Salesforce and the Microsoft Suite
High-end communicator both through verbal and written communication
Ability to work independently on various projects simultaneously
Experienced with uploading, moving, naming, and identifying marketing products
Strong organization, documentation, and prioritization skills
Ability to communicate to people at all levels of an organization
