Dealer Development Coordinator

The Dealer Development Coordinator facilitates logistics, schedules and communication to ensure projects run smoothly and meet business goals. This individual will bridge the gap between teams, vendors and dealer partners, facilitating day-to-day tasks, tracking progress, and resolving issues to ensure on time completion.
Major Responsibilities

Dealer Development Applications

Assisting DD Supervisor with the following tasks:

Application processing and outbound communications with prospective dealers
New Dealer onboarding full service
Data input and maintenance for Microsoft Dynamics, AS400, TOL, Excel
Dealer file creation (digital files of all compliance documentation for retention per company policy and legal regulations)
Reporting and communication with all members of the TRIUMPH team and dealer network
Anything else assigned by the department manager and support staff

TRIUMPH World Black

Project Coordination

Working with vendors, New Dealer Recruitment Managers and dealers to develop TWB plans and quotation.
Coordination of signage orders, setting up delivery, follow-up on delivery and installation
TRIUMPH World Black fixture, delivery and dealership contact
Graphics Set meeting, collect orders, schedule production, confirm delivery
Dealer Brand Standards assessment of TWB installation
Updating of all documents (TWB, new Dealer Agreements, etc.)
TRIUMPH World Black approval packages, site information
Any other tasks assigned by the Dealer Development Supervisor or Dealer Development Manager
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Knowledge:

Triumph Motorcycle Brand Standards
Microsoft Office experience is required, specifically Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook - used daily
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred
AS400 experience preferred.
Adobe Acrobat

Skills:

Self-motivated, proactive, and organized
Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills (both technical and creative)
Excellent time management skills

Abilities:

Must work well in a team environment (internal staff, vendors and dealers)
Excellent customer service skills.
Able to identify issues and willingness to rectify a problem as they arise
Proven experience effectively delivering impactful projects in fast-moving environment with ability to influence at all levels and work effectively across functions and geographies.
Self-starter with a problem-solver mindset and proven track record performing well in a fast-paced dynamic environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities; ability to be flexible and resilient.
Change management, Dealer First mentality, and teamwork are at the forefront of your strategy and delivery

Internal:

This position works closely with internal stakeholders with respect to their area of expertise as it relates to the successful management of all dealer partners

External

This position works closely with existing Dealer partners, Dealer prospects, and external business partners

Spending Authority

Following the Purchase Order process and with signed Dealer Agreement

Authority to Hire/Fire

Some ability to act independently, some need for approval

Education

High School diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements of the Job

Up to 10% Travel to support Triumph events (optional, not required)
