Graphic Designer
Full-Time Remote | U.S. Business Hours

We're hiring a creative and detail-oriented
Graphic Designer
to create visually compelling assets that strengthen brand identity, drive engagement, and support marketing initiatives across digital and print platforms.
This role combines:
creative storytelling,
branding,
campaign design,
and visual execution.
You'll work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to design graphics that are not only visually polished — but also aligned with business goals and performance outcomes.

What You'll Own
Brand Identity & Visual Consistency
Create and maintain:
logos,
typography systems,
color palettes,
visual guidelines,
and branded templates
Ensure visual consistency across all:
digital assets,
marketing materials,
presentations,
and campaigns
Maintain and organize brand asset libraries
Marketing & Campaign Design
Design graphics for:
social media,
email campaigns,
paid ads,
presentations,
webinars,
and event promotions
Create print collateral including:
brochures,
flyers,
posters,
and sales materials
Collaborate with marketing teams to align visuals with messaging and campaign goals
Digital Design & Creative Assets
Design:
website banners,
landing page graphics,
digital advertisements,
and promotional visuals
Optimize assets for:
desktop,
mobile,
social media,
and multi-platform delivery
Support website refreshes and visual content updates
Motion Graphics & Multimedia Support
Create:
simple animations,
GIFs,
and lightweight motion graphics
Edit visuals or short-form video assets for campaigns when needed
Support creative experimentation across emerging content formats
Collaboration & Creative Execution
Work closely with:
marketing,
sales,
product,
and leadership teams
Translate ideas and campaign concepts into polished visual assets
Incorporate stakeholder feedback quickly while maintaining design quality
Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
File Management & Asset Organization
Prepare and export files in multiple formats:
AI,
PSD,
PNG,
PDF,
and web-ready formats
Maintain organized folders, templates, and reusable design systems
Ensure assets are easy to locate, update, and scale
Required Experience & Skills
2+ years of professional graphic design experience
Strong portfolio showcasing:
branding,
marketing assets,
social media design,
and digital campaigns
Proficiency in:
Adobe Illustrator,
Photoshop,
InDesign
Strong understanding of both:
print design,
and digital design workflows
Strong visual storytelling and layout skills
Excellent attention to detail and brand consistency
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with:
After Effects,
Premiere Pro,
Canva,
or Figma
Motion graphics or basic video editing experience
Background in:
SaaS,
marketing agencies,
e-commerce,
or startup environments
Understanding of marketing performance metrics such as:
CTR,
engagement,
and conversion-focused design
