Gear Up and Get Going (Requirements & Job Duties)
Assemble and complete production orders according to specifications
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively to support assembly tasks
Confirm and document completed orders in SAP or related systems
Monitor production inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies
Maintain, clean, and organize tools, equipment, and the production area
Support shipping and receiving activities as needed to ensure on-time fulfillment
Collaborate closely with warehouse, production, and operations teams
Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while following instructions accurately
High school diploma or GED required
1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production environments preferred
Ability to use power tools with strong hand dexterity and attention to detail
Prior mechanical assembly, shipping/receiving, or general warehouse experience is highly beneficial
Ability to follow work instructions and maintain productivity in a fast-moving setting
