Our mission is to helppeople move naturally through lightweight, foot-shaped footwear designed foreveryday wear, fitness, outdoor adventure, and recovery.As one of the fastest-growing brands in the natural movement space, Xero Shoescontinues to expand its presence across specialty retail, outdoor, run, wellness,and lifestyle channels throughout the United States.We're looking for a highly motivated and strategic Sales Manager to help drivegrowth with key retail partners, support our sales agency network, and representthe brand in-market.Position OverviewThe Sales Manager, USA will play a key role in supporting and growing XeroShoes' wholesale business across the United States. This is a highly customer-facing position focused on managing key accounts, supporting independent salesagencies, developing new business opportunities, and helping execute the brand'swholesale growth strategy.This role requires strong relationship management skills, strategic thinking, anda high level of comfort operating in the field. Significant travel is expected,including regular retailer meetings, trade shows, agency meetings, market visits,and in-store retail support throughout the United States.The ideal candidate is both commercially minded and highly collaborative, withthe ability to build strong partnerships internally and externally while helpingelevate the brand's presence across the marketplace.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow relationships with key wholesale accounts across theUnited States, including national, regional, and independent retailers.Support the execution of seasonal sales strategies and account plans inpartnership with the Global Head of B2B.Work closely with independent sales agencies to drive sell-in, improvecommunication, and ensure strong seasonal execution.Identify new business opportunities and strategic retail partnershipsaligned with the Xero Shoes brand.Conduct regular travel to key accounts, trade shows, industry events,market appointments, and retail visits throughout the United States.Partner cross-functionally with product, merchandising, marketing,planning, operations, and finance teams to support account needs andseasonal initiatives.Help manage seasonal forecasting, sell-in visibility, and account planningprocesses.Support retail activation opportunities, brand storytelling, merchandisinginitiatives, and field-level execution.Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, consumer insights,competitive activity, and retailer dynamics within the outdoor, runspecialty, wellness, and lifestyle channels.Represent the Xero Shoes brand professionally and passionately across allcustomer and industry interactions.Preferred QualificationsExisting relationships within the outdoor, run specialty, sporting goods,wellness, or lifestyle retail industries.Experience within barefoot, minimalist, recovery, natural movement, oradjacent footwear categories is a plus.Experience with omni-channel retail business models.Familiarity with CRM systems, forecasting tools, and sales analyticsplatformsQualifications5–8+ years of experience in wholesale sales, account management, orbusiness development within footwear, outdoor, sporting goods, wellness,or lifestyle brands.Strong understanding of the U.S. retail landscape, including specialty,outdoor, run, wellness, and national account channels.Experience working directly with key accounts, independent retailers,and/or sales agencies.Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, andorganizational skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to balance high-level planning and day-to-day execution.Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, entrepreneurialenvironment.Passion for movement, wellness, outdoor, or performance-orientedproducts.Ability and willingness to travel frequently throughout the United States.Job Type:40 hours Full-time, Exempt, Remote/Hybrid (must be able to work in the USA)Pay:$120,000.00 - 140,000.00 commensurate with experience and qualifications.
