subsidiary, TCG Player, is on a quest to be the most trusted trading card game (TCG) platform - connecting and empowering the hobby community. Trading card games are a $25B global market that creates community connection through in-person games (Pokemon, Magic: The Gathering, YuGiOh, etc.). Founded by TCG enthusiasts, we operate a global marketplace and create tools, technologies, and solutions that help small businesses profitably sell TCGs at scale.

s a User Experience Designer, you will apply your domain expertise and knowledge of UX best practices to drive high-impact product improvements on our Fulfillment Solutions team - one of TCG player's critical product portfolios. In this design role, you will partner with cross-functional peers to design and deliver user-centered solutions for internal tools such as warehouse management systems (WMS) and other products and services that support domestic and international order fulfillment. You will work within an established design process and design systems to create innovative solutions that are grounded in research and validated through user testing.

What You Will Accomplish:

Create UX deliverables throughout the design process, evolving designs from early concepts, wireframes, and prototypes to final specifications.
Deliver high-value features across multiple projects, ensuring design solutions support user needs, align with business goals, and positively impact key performance metrics.
pply advanced knowledge of Figma to create, iterate, and hand off design assets while working within an established design system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to deliver high-quality solutions that drive seller value, inform product strategy, and support data-driven decision-making.
Participate in user testing, workshops, and research efforts to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Obtain leadership approval and team alignment through compelling storytelling that clearly communicates your ideas and design rationale.
Build knowledge about trends in the trading card game (TCG) space, online marketplaces, and best-in-class eCommerce and payment experiences - actively sharing relevant ideas and inspiration.

What You Will Bring:

Required Qualifications:

3-4 years of UX Design experience, including web, mobile, and service design related to shipping, logistics, or similar experiences in a marketplace context. This may include customer-facing fulfillment experiences as well as internal tooling like warehouse and workflow management solutions.
Strong portfolio showcasing an iterative design process, user-centered design solutions, and problem-solving skills with measurable impact.
Demonstrated experience designing workflow-based user experiences for internal team systems, policies, and tools.
Demonstrated experience using research, user testing, and both quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions.
Experience collaborating with engineers and operations teams to deliver solutions that are technically feasible, maximize efficiency, and support business objectives.
Knowledge of responsive design principles and WCAG accessibility standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with leading AI tools and examples of how you've integrated them into your workflow to generate concepts, improve efficiency, or improve quality.
Familiarity with the gaming, hobby, or collectibles community - particularly trading card games.
Experience and knowledge of shipping, logistics, and fulfillment operations.

Experience designing web and mobile tools for internal teams (not consumer-facing).
Experience using AI tools to enhance their own workflow.
