As a full-time Sales Account Executive at CUMULUS MEDIA, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, developing client relationships, and offering customized advertising solutions. This on-site role is based in Wilkes-Barre, PA, where you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver impactful campaigns using CUMULUS MEDIA’s diverse platforms. You'll also engage in lead generation activities, provide excellent customer service, and ensure the execution and monitoring of advertising campaigns to achieve client objectives.
- Proven skills in Lead Generation and Account Management
- Strong Communication and Relationship Building abilities
- Experience in Customer Service and maintaining client satisfaction
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with an ability to work independently
- Understanding of the media and advertising industry is a plus
- Proficient in using CRM tools and sales platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred but not required
