Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to join our team and oversee the engagement and satisfaction of our patients. The Engagement Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance patient experience and ensure their needs are met. This individual will work closely with our healthcare providers and staff to ensure a seamless and positive patient journey from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement patient engagement strategies to improve patient experience and satisfaction

Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

Monitor patient feedback and implement necessary changes to enhance patient experience

Develop and maintain relationships with patients to understand their needs and provide personalized care

Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth patient flow and timely delivery of services

Train and educate staff on patient engagement strategies and best practices

Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions

Develop and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for patients and their families

Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and laws related to patient engagement

Handle patient complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Develop and maintain a network of community partners to enhance patient engagement and promote HealthBay's services

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting

Strong understanding of patient engagement strategies and best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with patients and staff

Proven leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team

Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and laws related to patient engagement

Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts effectively

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications

Strong organizational and time-management skills
