About the Role
MLILY is looking for a hands‑on Digital Content Designer to support our digital marketing, web content, and online resource systems.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly comfortable working in
Webflow , understands how to organize and maintain digital content systems, and can create clean, polished marketing assets based on established creative direction.
A major focus of this position will be supporting our Webflow-based retailer education and resource platform. This includes creating and editing pages, organizing content, maintaining download areas, updating forms, managing CMS content, and improving the overall usability of the platform.
You will work under creative direction to help execute digital content across Webflow, email newsletters, social media, and website updates.
The right person should be comfortable writing clear prompts, generating and refining visual concepts, using AI to speed up repetitive production tasks, and working with tools like Claude or Codex to troubleshoot or assist with basic code needs.
What You’ll Do
Build, update, and maintain Webflow pages, CMS content, forms, integrations, and downloadable resource sections
Design and adapt digital assets for website updates, email newsletters, landing pages, and social media
Use AI visual tools and strong prompting skills to support image refinement, mockups, layout exploration, and production workflows
Use Claude, Codex, or similar tools to assist with basic HTML, CSS, embed code, Webflow custom code, and troubleshooting
Upload, organize, and maintain digital files, images, videos, and downloadable resources
Collaborate with creative, marketing, and web teams to complete digital projects accurately and on deadline
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands‑on experience using
Webflow
Understanding of Webflow CMS, forms, responsive layouts, reusable sections, and clean class structures
Experience maintaining web pages, landing pages, or digital resource libraries
Strong eye for layout, spacing, typography, and visual consistency
Ability to follow creative direction and execute within established design systems
Experience designing digital marketing assets for email, web, and social media
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
Basic understanding of web best practices, including responsive design and user‑friendly page structure
Comfortable organizing digital assets, file libraries, downloads, and content systems
Strong attention to detail, especially with links, formatting, naming, and page accuracy
Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
Clear communication and willingness to receive feedback
Nice to Have
Experience with Shopify content updates or product page support
Basic HTML and CSS knowledge
Experience with email platforms such as ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar
Familiarity with forms, embeds, integrations, gated content, or resource hubs
Basic understanding of ecommerce or B2B marketing
Light motion graphics, GIF, or short‑form video editing experience
Experience using AI tools to speed up design, copy formatting, image editing, or web production workflows
