To support a growing portfolio of SEO and design/development accounts, the full-time Digital Producer will manage client communications, oversee project scopes, and act as a creative liaison while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Manage ongoing client accounts by organizing strategy meetings and clarifying project objectives
Review project deliverables and ensure timely communication with clients, responding within 2 hours
Maintain project management software and assist in upselling additional services to clients
Required qualifications
Experience in project management or account management for multiple clients
Familiarity with project management software such as Basecamp, JIRA, or Asana
Proficiency in HTML/CSS and familiarity with content management systems like WordPress
Knowledge of SEO and online marketing strategies
Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST
