Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior Content Producer who deeply understands an artist’s identity and storytelling, and can translate it into compelling content that meaningfully engages fan communities across multiple digital platforms.

This role leads the ideation, development, and execution of long-form video content for our artists. You will lead the full creative production process — from concept development and pre-production through final delivery — ensuring a high standard of creative excellence and strategic alignment.

You will play a key role in shaping artist direction by interpreting both the artist’s vision and audience insights, and translating them into strategically driven, narrative-focused content.

With a strong understanding of the K-pop system & methodologies, fan culture, and data-informed creative insights, this role is expected to grow into a lead producer capable of delivering impactful, story-driven content across global platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Development & Hands-on Execution

Develop content ideas and execution plans based on each artist’s unique identity and creative direction

Lead both creative direction and hands‑on execution across the full production lifecycle, from pre‑production through final delivery

Oversee and actively contribute to the editing process to ensure strong storytelling quality and audience engagement

Create content ideas that strengthen fan engagement and community connection

Fan-Centric Creative Strategy

Create highly engaging content that strengthens connection between artists and global fan communities

Translate artist brand direction and audience insights into compelling, platform‑relevant storytelling

Apply a strong understanding of K‑pop culture and digital content consumption behavior to inform creative decisions

Leverage data‑driven insights to refine content direction, engagement strategy, and narrative structure

Lead the full creative production process for long‑form digital content, including ideation, planning, production, and post‑production

Ensure all content reflects a strong understanding of artist identity, storytelling, and fan engagement

Oversee production workflows, schedules, and execution quality across all stages of development

Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless production execution

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in video content production

Proven experience producing artist‑driven, entertainment, or branded content

Strong understanding of end‑to‑end production workflows

Ability to lead and elevate internal content creators and editors by setting creative standards

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent editing software

Experience managing multiple projects in fast‑paced environments

Strong understanding of platform‑native content, fan‑driven ecosystem, and engagement

Strong attention to detail and creative quality control

Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills

Proven ability to mentor and elevate junior and mid‑level creators through actionable feedback and creative guidance

It’s a bonus if you have

Bilingual proficiency in Korean or Japanese and English, with working‑level fluency in both languages preferred

Experience in the music or entertainment industry, particularly in content or video production environments

Familiarity with K‑pop methodologies, fan‑driven content ecosystems, and evolving digital media trends

Background in managing video or multimedia content production.

Salary Range
The salary range for this job is $70,304 to $100,000. This is a good faith effort at the time of posting. This range is base salary only and does not include benefits and any other compensatory components of the role.
