Andrews Medicine is seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven Business Development professional to support national growth through the cultivation of health system partnerships, consulting engagements, and branding relationships. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable opening doors, building trust with senior healthcare leaders, and advancing complex partnership discussions from initial outreach through execution.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a consultative mindset, capable of navigating health system environments, understanding strategic priorities, and positioning Andrews Medicine as a differentiated clinical and brand partner. This role will work closely with executive leadership and internal teams to identify opportunities, develop relationships, and secure long‑term partnerships that expand the Andrews Medicine platform nationwide.

Prior exposure to health systems, musculoskeletal care, physician groups, or healthcare consulting is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Lead business development efforts to identify, pursue, and secure health system partners for Andrews Medicine across the U.S.

Cultivate and manage senior‑level relationships with health system executives, physician leaders, and strategic partners

Advance consulting, branding, and strategic affiliation opportunities from initial outreach through contract execution

Represent Andrews Medicine in meetings, presentations, conferences, and industry events

Collaborate with internal clinical, operations, marketing, and leadership teams to align partnership strategies

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective partners and track opportunities through the sales cycle

Support proposal development, pitch materials, and strategic presentations tailored to health system needs

Conduct market and competitive research to identify growth opportunities and inform outreach strategies

Navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder decision‑making environments with professionalism and discretion

Maintain accurate records of outreach, meetings, and opportunity status

Support long‑term relationship management to ensure partner satisfaction and expansion opportunities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field

1-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or consulting

Demonstrated success building and maintaining senior‑level relationships

Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills

Comfort operating independently while coordinating closely with leadership

Ability to understand and communicate complex healthcare and clinical value propositions

Willingness to travel as needed to support national partnership development

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with health systems, physician groups, or academic medical centers

Background in healthcare consulting, MSK services, sports medicine, or orthopedic care

Experience selling or structuring consulting, branding, or strategic partnership agreements

Familiarity with healthcare growth strategies, service line development, or physician alignment models
