Key Responsibilities
Define and develop commercial strategies for construction contracts, ensuring alignment with project execution and budget objectives
Evaluate vendor redlines for commercial impact and co-lead negotiation sessions with Legal
Develop and maintain commercial playbooks and templates for consistency across projects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Construction Management, or a related field
5+ years of experience in commercial management, procurement, or contract negotiation
Experience negotiating construction or capital equipment agreements
Strong expertise in pricing models and commercial risk allocation
Proven ability to lead negotiations in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
