Commercial Manager - Construction

Leading the commercial structuring and negotiation of construction-related contracts, the full-time Commercial Manager - Construction Procurement will collaborate with various teams to optimize agreements for next-generation data centers in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities

Define and develop commercial strategies for construction contracts, ensuring alignment with project execution and budget objectives
Act as the gatekeeper for corporate procurement standards, driving approval processes for vendor requests
Evaluate vendor redlines and co-lead negotiation sessions with Legal to present a unified corporate position

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Construction Management, or a related field
5+ years of experience in commercial management, procurement, or contract negotiation
Experience negotiating construction or infrastructure agreements
Strong expertise in pricing models and commercial risk allocation
Proven ability to lead negotiations in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
