Marketing Manager - Commercial Construction

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Marketing Manager 1 is responsible for leading and coordinating with a wide variety of team members to develop RFQ/P responses and support overall work acquisition efforts. The Marketing Manager 1 will develop marketing strategies and lead marketing initiatives for a specific market, geography, or entity. A Marketing Manager 1 is creative, organized, and communicates effectively.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES*

Manages and mentors marketing specialists; Assists with marketing budget and marketing plan development.

Collaborates with operations and business partners to create materials, programs and events to develop brand loyalty with new and existing clients including the ability to write/create custom technical content.

Prepares/Coaches individuals and project teams for presentations to clients, partners, and the industry.

Ability to manage branding activities, including but not limited to external communications, internal initiatives, and/or other special projects.

Actively participates in industry or community organizations.

Leads various events, initiatives, strategic planning items, and standard practice reviews/creation.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

6+ years of marketing/pursuit & proposal development within the construction industry.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/JOB CONDITIONS:

Travel for project assignments may be required based on Company needs.
