Job Responsibilities
Performs the load‑in of band equipment and rental equipment
Sets up and breaks down band and event equipment
Focuses and adjusts lighting to artist or event specifications
Operates / programs spotlight operations / lighting control boards
Maintains and repairs lighting equipment
Assists with production throughout the house as needed
Accommodates artist / event A/V requirements
Ensures safe and consistent operation of lighting
Assists with the technical advance with artist representatives
Ensures proper care and handling of all HOBE and rental lighting & A/V equipment
Interacts with visiting production crews to ensure a successful show
Distributes or creates lighting plot plans
Oversees and operates systems pertaining to lighting throughout the entire event
Ensures special events lighting needs are scheduled and met
Assists audio crew with stands, microphones, cables, etc.
Assists with any special events operations
Required Qualifications
3 years minimum in tour or stage production
Experience in stage lighting, pro‑audio systems, and basic video systems
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency with all Microsoft applications
Superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills
High school diploma
Preferred Qualifications
College degree
Physical Demands / Working Environment
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
Work in an environment with moderate to loud noise level, extreme lighting changes, strobes & moving lights
Able to wear a radio earpiece during the scheduled shift

Compensation and Benefits
The expected compensation for this position is $17.75 USD hourly. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
