Owning the design and content for customer-support AI agents, the full-time Senior Conversation Designer will work remotely to create and improve dialog flows, intents, and conversational UX across multiple platforms, ensuring customer interactions are accurate and resolution-oriented.
Key responsibilities

Design dialog flows and conversational UX standards for AI agents across customer-facing channels
Build and maintain AI agents using low
o-code platforms, ensuring content is bot-ready and aligned with brand voice
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement of bot interactions

Required qualifications

5+ years of experience in conversation design, AI UX, or content design, with at least 2 years focused on customer-support bots
Hands-on experience with enterprise conversational AI platforms such as Salesforce Einstein Bots or similar
Demonstrated ability in prompt engineering and grounding AI agents in enterprise knowledge bases
Bachelor's degree in UX, Linguistics, Communications, HCI, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted
A strong portfolio showcasing shipped support or self-service bots, with proficiency in flow diagrams and analytics dashboards
