To support the German market, the full-time Associate Conversation Designer will design and optimize chatbot flows, write engaging conversation copy, and analyze performance metrics while collaborating with cross-functional international teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
Design and optimize chatbot flows for customer engagement and support across e-commerce and service journeys
Write clear and compelling conversation copy that aligns with brand tone and business objectives
Analyze customer transcripts and chatbot performance to identify gaps and propose improvements
Required qualifications
Native-level fluency in German
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field such as Linguistics or Human-Computer Interaction
0-2 years of experience in designing and launching chatbot or conversational AI solutions
Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
Introductory knowledge of Python or another scripting language applied to conversational systems preferred
