Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a UiPath Solution Architect/Lead to join their team. As a Solution Architect, you will be part of the Automation Services department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, collaborative mindset, and innovative thinking which will align successfully in the organization.

UiPath Solution Architect/Lead

Laurel, Maryland

Pay Range: $75/hr depending on years of experience

What's the Job?

Design and implement scalable automation frameworks and solutions, including AI capabilities where applicable

Own the automation platform, monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve automation-related issues to ensure high availability

Mentor and coach junior engineers on automation best practices, coding standards, and problem-solving approaches

Collaborate with leadership to define automation, AI, and strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals

Research and recommend emerging automation tools and practices to enhance operational efficiency

What's Needed?

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline

Five to eight years of experience in automation engineering, test automation, or DevOps

Proven experience designing and implementing complex automation solutions at scale

Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript)

Experience with automation frameworks such as RE Framework, Cypress, Playwright, and automation tools like UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere
