Senior Sales Representative – Cardiac Monitoring (Territory-Based in Massachusetts)

We are seeking a driven and dynamic
Sales Representative
to help grow our presence in a highly competitive Mobile Cardiac Telemetry (MCT) and Long-Term Holter (LTH) market.
This field-based role is perfect for a sales professional with a proven track record in cardiology who thrives on building relationships, navigating the full sales cycle, and consistently exceeding goals.
What Youll Do
Achieve and exceed annual sales and test volume targets within your territory
Create and evolve a territory-specific business plan to optimize targeting, strategy, and execution
Build and strengthen client relationships across physician offices, clinics, and hospitals
Secure new accounts, drive product evaluations, and resolve service issues to ensure customer satisfaction
Keep detailed and up-to-date records in Salesforce.com, including call notes and account insights
Provide field intelligence on customer needs, competitor trends, and market developments
Represent our brand and solutions with excellence and integrity
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree (required)
2+ years of successful medical or pharmaceutical sales experience — cardiac or electrophysiology strongly preferred
Experience selling service-based healthcare solutions
Existing relationships in the cardiology or EP space (preferred)
Ability to travel 50% of the time across your assigned territory
Proficiency with MS Office and CRM platforms like Salesforce
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
No enforceable non-compete agreements with industry competitors
