Substitute Teachers

Content Specialist
Blessed Trinity Catholic High School is seeking a Content Specialist to join its Office of Communications to shape the digital presence through social media, storytelling, and marketing. This is a full‑time, 12‑month position.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and edit engaging content for various platforms including school website, social media (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and email campaigns

Lead social media strategy across all departments of the school, including admissions, advancement, campus ministry, fine arts and athletics.

Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings

Collaborate with marketing, enrollment, and advancement teams to align content strategies

Monitor content performance and make data‑driven adjustments

Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely publication

Proofread and edit content for grammatical accuracy and style consistency

Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices

Engage with the audience through comments, messages and social media posts

Key Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a Social Media specific field.

Familiarity with photo and video creation tools (cameras, lighting, sound, etc.)

Familiarity with content creation software (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.)

Proven experience in content creation, writing or editing

Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing strategies

Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with social media management tools

Graphic design skills or familiarity with design software

Analytical skills to measure content performance

Strong research skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed for event coverage

Availability to travel to off‑campus events for content collection

Part‑time Store Manager – Titan Spirit Zone
This part‑time position will begin on July 1, 2026. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations of the Titan Spirit Zone, managing inventory, merchandising, product displays, providing excellent customer service to students, parents, faculty, and visitors, coordinating sales, special promotions and spirit events, maintaining a welcoming and organized shopping environment, and learning and using store‑related software and systems.

Qualifications: A college degree is preferred, retail experience is a plus, and prior work in a school setting is beneficial.

Part‑time Administrative Assistant – Advancement Office
Blessed Trinity Catholic High School seeks a mission‑driven, detail‑oriented Part‑time Administrative Assistant to support the Advancement Office for the 2026-2027 school year. This position works closely with the Director of Advancement to advance the school’s mission through strategic fundraising initiatives, including the annual fund, special events, and donor engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage donor records in Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality

Generate reports and provide data analysis to support fundraising strategy and decision‑making

Manage all gift processing, acknowledgments, and donor stewardship communications

Support planning and execution of advancement events and campaigns

Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations of the Advancement Office

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge and Google Workspace required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and customer‑service skills

Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Proven time‑management and problem‑solving abilities
