About the role
American Alternative Assets is seeking experienced, high-performing sales professionals to join our team as Senior Account Executives (Closers).

This is a closing role focused on converting qualified investor leads into long-term clients. You will work directly with individuals seeking portfolio diversification, inflation protection, and retirement account alternatives through physical precious metals investments.

What you'll do
Conduct consultations with qualified investors interested in precious metals
Educate clients on gold, silver, market conditions, and wealth preservation strategies
Present investment solutions tailored to client objectives and risk tolerance
Close new business and facilitate large-ticket transactions
Assist clients with IRA transfers, rollovers, and retirement account diversification strategies
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
Follow up with existing clients regarding portfolio opportunities and market updates
Manage pipeline activity and maintain detailed records within CRM systems
Stay informed on precious metals markets, economic trends, and industry developments
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly production goals

Qualifications
Required
5 years+ proven track record in closing high ticket items and exceeding sales goals
Strong objection-handling and consultative selling skills
Ability to build trust and credibility with high-net-worth and retirement-focused investors
Experience conducting phone-based sales presentations and closing transactions
CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms)
Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset
Preferred
Knowledge of self-directed IRAs, Gold IRAs, and retirement account rollovers
Experience working with affluent or high-net-worth clients
