Job Overview
The Plastic Surgery Center is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to support the execution and coordination of marketing initiatives across multiple brands and service lines. This role is designed for an experienced marketer who can operate independently, manage complex projects, and ensure marketing efforts move forward efficiently.
This position plays a key role in maintaining visibility across marketing activities, coordinating across internal teams and external partners, and supporting the delivery of high-quality, patient-focused campaigns. The Senior Marketing Coordinator will act as a central point of coordination, helping to streamline workflows and improve overall team effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Project Coordination
Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and in-person channels
Manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across internal teams and external partners
Identify blockers and drive next steps to keep projects moving forward
Maintain organized tracking of active initiatives and ensure visibility across the team
Support the planning and execution of social media, email marketing, and website content updates
Review marketing materials for clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand voice and patient‑first messaging
Collaborate with internal team members and external partners to ensure timely and high-quality output
Events & Marketing Initiatives
Coordinate marketing support for events, including promotion, logistics, and on‑site execution
Assist in improving lead capture and follow‑up processes tied to events
Support alignment between event efforts and broader marketing initiatives
Cross‑Functional Coordination
Partner closely with the Marketing Manager to execute strategic initiatives
Collaborate with the Marketing Assistant to support execution of day‑to‑day marketing tasks
Coordinate with physicians, office staff, and internal stakeholders to gather inputs and move projects forward
Support communication with external vendors to ensure deliverables stay on track
Process & Workflow Support
Help improve organization, tracking, and documentation of marketing projects and assets
Contribute to the development of workflows that increase efficiency and accountability across the team
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Track and report on marketing activities, including campaign performance and engagement metrics
Support budget tracking and organization of marketing expenses
Identify opportunities to improve execution based on performance insights
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, or a multi‑location organization
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and working with external vendors or agencies
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (social media management, email marketing, CMS, Canva or Adobe tools)
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
Ability to operate independently and proactively solve problems
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving projects forward
Flexibility to support occasional evening or weekend events
Pay Range: $65,000-$75,000 annually
the starting rate within this range for this role varies depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
